- Where could AI have the greatest impact?
- What work could disappear or be redesigned?
- How will your team adopt to AI?
- How will we use the added capacity AI creates?
Don’t load the whole company into the station wagon, hit the gas and hope Wally World somehow appears.
AI is too important to wing it.
